These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webtago. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Webtago on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to use Webtago.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into Webtago. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you store and for having the rights to it.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Webtago or others. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webtago is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
